Drum Programming Clinic
This 2 hour Ableton based clinic focusses in on all things drums! From getting deeper with your drum programming techniques and using Drum Rack as a creative instrument, to exploring the intricacies of patterns that make up specific genres, and the balance of all the elements within a kit this workshop is designed for the producer that wants to technically and stylistically develop the way they make beats. We'll also look at creating drums from beyond the perspective of the 4 and 8 bar loop, how to make the most of your samples and drum libraries, and shape your overall rhythmic progression.
* Students are required to bring their own laptop with an installed trial or full version of Ableton live 9
